Nitrax Control Center Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This privacy policy applies to Nitrax Control Center, a private internal business application operated by Nitrax. The application is used by authorized Nitrax personnel to access, analyze and manage Nitrax-owned Amazon Advertising accounts and campaigns. It is not offered to external customers, agencies or third-party advertisers.

Short version

Nitrax Control Center is intended for internal Amazon Advertising reporting and campaign management for accounts Nitrax owns or is explicitly authorized to manage. Amazon Advertising data is not sold, rented or used to advertise unrelated third-party products or services.

Information the application may access

After authorization through Amazon Login with Amazon and the Amazon Ads API, Nitrax Control Center may access information from authorized Amazon Advertising accounts, including:

  • Amazon Advertising account and profile identifiers;
  • marketplace and account information;
  • campaign, ad group and advertisement configuration;
  • campaign status and budgets;
  • bids, keywords, search terms, products and targeting settings;
  • advertising performance data such as impressions, clicks, spend and conversions;
  • orders and sales attributed by Amazon to advertising campaigns;
  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens required to maintain the authorized connection.

How the information is used

Nitrax uses this information only to:

  • display internal campaign dashboards and reports;
  • analyze advertising performance;
  • calculate metrics such as CPC, ACOS and ROAS;
  • make or recommend authorized changes to campaign status, budgets, bids and targeting;
  • maintain and troubleshoot the Amazon Ads integration;
  • protect the application against unauthorized access and operational errors.

Data ownership and scope

Nitrax Control Center is intended to access only Amazon Advertising accounts that Nitrax owns or is explicitly authorized to manage.

Sale and advertising

Amazon Advertising data accessed through Nitrax Control Center is not sold, rented or used to advertise unrelated third-party products or services.

Sharing

Nitrax does not disclose Amazon Advertising data accessed through Nitrax Control Center to third parties except:

  • to service providers strictly necessary to host, operate, secure or maintain the application;
  • when required by law;
  • when necessary to protect Nitrax, its users or its systems.

Service providers must process the data only for the required operational purpose.

Storage and security

Based on the current implementation in the Nitrax Control Center workspace, the Amazon Advertising integration is operated through private local scripts and configuration files. Configuration is read from the local Amazon Ads environment file, and OAuth token exchange responses may be saved in the local Amazon Ads credentials folder. Reports or exports may also be created in local integration or reporting folders when Nitrax personnel run reporting workflows.

Amazon Ads API calls use OAuth refresh tokens to request short-lived access tokens from Amazon. OAuth credentials and tokens are treated as confidential. They are intended to remain in private configuration or credential locations and must not be committed to public repositories or published in website content.

Nitrax uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for a private internal business tool, including limiting access to authorized personnel, separating credentials from public website content, reviewing changes before sensitive operations, and avoiding unnecessary disclosure of account data. This policy does not claim a specific hosting provider, certification or encryption-at-rest setup unless such controls are separately implemented and documented.

Retention

Advertising data and OAuth credentials are retained only for as long as necessary to operate the integration, meet legitimate business requirements or comply with applicable obligations.

Obsolete data and credentials may be deleted when the integration is disconnected, replaced or no longer required.

Authorization and revocation

Access is granted through Amazon’s authorization process. The authorized Amazon user can revoke access through the applicable Amazon account or advertising permissions. The authorized user can also contact Nitrax to request disconnection of the integration.
